LATE ARRIVAL / EXTRA TIME / NO-SHOW POLICY 
 

LATE ARRIVAL

• If you're more than 15 minutes late, your booking might be shortened or canceled without any refund. in order to keep the schedule fair for others. 

EXTRAS

• If you need an extra time of 5 minutes to finish your game, there will not be any penalty. 
• if you need an extra time of 10 - 15 minutes to finish your game, and there is an available booking. A small amount of 5,000 NGN will be added to your booking.
• Important: There will not be any extra time if there is any booking directly after your session. In order to keep the schedule fair for others. 

NO-SHOW POLICY 

• NO SHOW = NO REFUND
  • If you do not show up for your booking and have not informed us at least 4 hours in advance, your session is considered a No-Show. 
  • No refunds, credits, or reschedules will be issued for no-shows.
